We recently heard that GlobeTel avoided their first trial involving "FRAUD", by agreeing to pay their accuser $2,300,00.00 so that they would not have to face a jury. Of course now their insurance has been called into question, so we may not have seen the final chapter.

We also saw strong evidence today that your "NEW" management may have lied to their insurance carrier, which as Mr Allan provided is a "felony" in the State of Florida.

It doesn't seem right serious1. Even though Leinwand, Khoury, Huff etc... have not been convicted...

their shareholders have already been punished!

There is no trial, serious1, the SEC has been investigating GTEM.
