You know, I never heard of PV being in a clear violation of company bylaws when he was CEO and had Consultech, Kore, his marriage company, his video company and who knows how many other companies.
Some just don't think before writing.
Kore and Consultech had a working relationship with SLJB to grow the company.
Per SLJB Bylaws:
(a) His act or failure to act constituted a breach of his fiduciary duties as a director or officer.
(b) His breach of those duties involved intentional misconduct, fraud or a knowing violation of law.
I guess some people don't really know what a true conflict of interest is.
