"From what I understand they are working on getting the company back up and running soon and they are working on getting Steve out as CEO. He has obviously failed as a CEO and needs to resign. By opening up 3 companies recently he has a clear conflict of interest and is in clear violation of the company bylaws."
You know, I never heard of PV being in a clear violation of company bylaws when he was CEO and had Consultech, Kore, his marriage company, his video company and who knows how many other companies. Some just don't think before writing.
