Jet, either you know little about business insurance or you are deliberatly trying to mislead people. Ins. companies cannot just drop you for a period for which you have paid premiums. They can however file suit against you for various reasons, as can anyone, or drop your future coverage for cause. Please read the "in conclusion" statement at the end of the letter. You will see that Carolina Ins. is the only Co. mentioned as denying the claim and that is because there coverage had not started until May 1, 2006....period....mad

Might try reading the last section

In summary Admiral agrees to treat the SEC investigation as a Claim first made during the Admiral 2005-06 Policy in so far as it involves Related Wrongful Acts asserted in the Class
Action. Meanwhile, Carolina denies coverage for the SEC investigation since it is not a Claim first made during the 2006-07 Policy.
