I have agreed with your posts in general but this aspect NOPE..Her reply answered the question precisely..DTC is the problem..No point in blaming the company on this issue..
wishmd - I also find the answer from Tatjania very curt and ar..... for the companies dedicaded person who take care about investor relations (according to the undersigning of the last PR`s).
She probably has not fully understand yet - that by putting here name under the recent`s company PR`s - that she is also legally responsible for the content of it too!
Blaming the DTC or the TA is what a lot of pinkies do when they want to stall a stock conversion. If you follow pinkies enough you will be very familiar with this sort of BS. The company blames the TA, the TA doesn't know a thing and claims its the company, some lawyer ends up getting involved and sooner or later we'll have to pay a small fee to convert some sort of stock cert because the TA will claim that the stock traders liker etrade,scottrade etc... will not deal with them. It is textbook pinky play.
I didn't get a reply to my inquiry: what is the DTC and how can one get in touch with them? Has anyone called, and if so, what was the answer as to why the shares have not been converted? Is there an estimate as to when that might happen?
