What is the DTC? How can one get in touch with them? If indeed they "dropped the ball", isn't there a way to get them rolling again?

If, as Tatiana states, the company and the TA have done all they are supposed to, why is it so diffcult to get to that last step?

Also, I find Tatiana's reply very curt and uncaring. It's like sc__w you, I've done my part and I really don't care about your problems at all. Anyone get the same impression?
