If that's the case, they really should amend the records on file with the SOS in NV. That's a good decrease from what they show and let's the investor get a better idea.

The SOS of NV shows 2Billion shares at a .0001 par value (not .001 as someone stated earlier).

Unless I have the wrong file here, please let me know if I do.

Ok, thanks bullcents, the 700M O/S would give it a market cap
of $840K. Does anyone know if it is a profitable business and
how much debt they have?? Was just wondering if their are any
net assets involved here or if it is alot of debt?? I heard
their building is assessed at $10M but don't know what they
owe on it.

If they are near break-even on assets then this might be a good
play. What are your thoughts about it?? TIA

Are we sure they were retired? Wouldn't there be filings on that?
