Shorting UDHI is what has been dropping the price:

Once the shorts are out (or forced by some increased buyer pressure to buy back their shares) it will move up where it belongs.

Check out the charts, and then look at the Q over Q financial results. This just can't stay at this price for too long. The jump will come soon, very soon, IMO.
