I think the idea has great merit but needs some footnotes like: its a heads up not an 'act right this second' indicator. and you need to be darned nimble to catch the very possible 100% oex put gains and last but not least, you need to be able to determine whether those pc ratios were from positions being 'opened' or closed.
50% Cash + 50% Long. Sold 50% into Strength. This LONG trade should end up being a Profitable. I will most likely take the rest of my chips off of the Table at 4:00PM. Looking to build a Short position now.
