I think the idea has great merit but needs some footnotes like: its a heads up not an 'act right this second' indicator.
and you need to be darned nimble to catch the very possible 100% oex put gains and last but not least, you need to be able to determine whether those pc ratios were from positions being 'opened' or closed.
