First, PV did not have a Nominee Account. Please stop saying he did.
Second, PV indicated in the lumberblog shortly after his resignation that all Sulja liabilities had been paid other than a few vehicle leases.
Third, PV told the OSC/RCMP investigators that all of the nominee funds were to be used for Sulja.
Fourth, there has never been any proof that all assets were appraised.
Fifth, the OSC and RCMP are tracing all of the funds. I have heard that the PV loans were not real. I have seen nothing to say that they were or were not.
Sixth, PV/Kore had Dan Scott write a letter to the ASC that they had no business relationship with SLJB et al. If that is truly the case then he must have lied about the General Security Agreement.
In short .... PV lies.
