So if his loans to the company br PV never existed the how was he able to take the company into receivorship. If as you say the loans never existed then why would Steve let this happen. Yes the money from the Nominee accounts was to be used for SBS, that is what PV told the RCMP and that is what the forbearance agreement also states. The company minute book backs this up right along with the share that were sold out of PV's nominee account. All three doc's show the flow of the money.
