Defireman, I think it's pretty easy. They have the Folo system as a general system whith all the different segments which are definitely needed in the industry. And then they have the one of a kind CRAM product which looks like is completely theirs now that Bio is bancrupt and had never got a patent granted on it.
So with all of the above and with all the highly respected people in the industry which are on their boards and/or are president and else you have to ask you one question.
Will they be able to do 14 million in income within the next 2 years? That would definitely be enough to put us over 5 dollars a share on a 30 PE even if we count an 80 million share count which would be 5 million more than we have now. Go figure.
For me the answer to the above is a clear YES, and probably that will be exeeded by far but let's make it conservative.
And I will tell you the following. I don't care if the already announced contracts are dependend on anything, maybe the completion of CRAM or if they are not dependend on anything, I don't care further if we really have 300 million in sales until the end of next year or if some contracts were rejected or got deleted or whatever. I don't care if they did a very very big mistake with hiring of the Downshire guys and made other mistakes or were too euphoric in the beginning in relation to the business. I don't even care if they did sell or will sell a couple of million shares to the open market because they need the money to bring the product to market or to pay their lawyers who finally succeeded against Bio. I trust RH when he still states that the company does not dilute at the moment but I wouldn't care if he did.
I tell you another thing. I don't need to see 300 million in sales next year in this company. All I need is 14 million in net income and you know damn good that with these margins in this business this company needs only to do around 30-35 milion to achieve this. Do you think they can achieve this? I'm not talking about the next 2 months, I'm talking in a 15 month time frame just to be conservative. Man, 5 dollars from here is what kind of return? Not bad for 12 or 15 months eh? Where else can you get this kind of return? The VW thing alone will probably provide anywhere around these numbers but if not, I don't care! LOL, they will achieve these kind of numbers, their flagship the CRAM is about to get 100% ready or is already. 35 million in sales? EASY!
All I can say I'm more than 100% confident right now that they will achieve these numbers within this time frame and I will be there and sell this stock for 5 dollars then, or maybe 7 or 8 who knows what kind of PE the market will give this company then.
