Going the RTO route has turned out to be a disaster. I don't understand why RH didn't go the traditional route of an IPO.
If he is selling the FOLO product like crazy it would not have mattered if he went the IPO route. So I don't get it....why he thought the RTO would have accelerated the process of getting the product into the market faster.
I assume if they went the IPO route they would have received a HUGE amount of cash at the time of the IPO. What did MCCY/ECT get with the RTO (besides headaches)???
