How odd that Bleckman often seems to have similar statements to spout just before being completely contradicted by actual events?
Very odd...It would seem that he is reverse-psychic? That he has the ability to see what will NOT happen? Perhaps the Bleckman news feed could be used as some kind of contrarian indicator.
Could you please forward this correspondence to the agents investigating GlobeTel Communications Corp. (GTEM).
On Oct. 12, 2007, GlobeTel released to the public an 8K, announcing they had recently received a Wells Notice. In part it stated, "The staff is also considering recommending that the SEC authorize and institute proceedings to revoke the registration of Company's securities pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Exchange Act."
Shortly thereafter, on or about Oct. 14, 2007, Robert Bleckman, head of IR for GlobeTel sent out an email to many shareholders, in regard to the Wells Notice. In it he said and I quote, "Many emails I’m getting mentioned certain language in the Notice itself, largely boilerplate but suggestive of an alternative that could be interpreted, and probably already has, as a discontinuation of the Company’s operations."
As a concerned investor, I would like to know if the Securities and Exchange Commission's language was truly "boilerplate" as Mr. Bleckman said. Is this merely standard, repetitive language, commonly used in Wells Notices, or did the SEC choose their words carefully and this is indeed a serious matter for the company.
Also of note, in that same email, Mr. Bleckman stated, "Doug(Murch) and the others are staying and committed to bringing value back into the company."
Just two days later, Mr. Murch resigned which was not corrected to investors until Nov. 2, when the company released a 10-KSB/A-1, Commission File Number: 0-23532.
I'm sure you are aware, that GlobeTel has a long history of press releases that never produced as the company said they would. I feel this has been very misleading for investors and I'm curious if they are continuing the same sort of behaviour with this email. For your convenience, here is a link to the email in question at the Investors Hub website- http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.asp?Message_id=23677220&txt2find=mass
I have noticed that many messages warning shareholders and potential investors about this company are routinely removed from this web site. If the link to my post does not work, this will be yet another example of this behaviour.
Thank you very much for your consideration and the important work you do.
Sincerly Yours, XXXXX X XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX@XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
