Xylan-Income

Funny too how they claim the 47.5 in Mineral Reserves
on the financials, yet the PR mentions the following.

We are currently working in our construction and oil and gas businesses to help promote a larger volume of profits. We will soon be adding new businesses and personnel to help in these markets.

http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/071031/0322087.html

When you look @ the Oil Reserves line it shows zero. We still maintain the leases...... Very hard to draw an "ongoing" conclusion with so many gaps. But you are correct. Unless they turn the Komex deal, I don't see the billion $ figure as attainable or accurate.

Math might be ok, but doesn't matter if no one believes the company is truthful. em

PA and RB vision has gone from billion dollar revenue to multi-billion shares outstanding.
HERE IS THE MATH
Revenue Pretax Income
9 Month(thru.9/30/07) $117,449,444 $5,727,287
6 Month(thru.6/30/07) $103,485,083 $4,480,908

3rd Quarter (thru.9/30/07) $13,964,361 $846,379
Annualized X4
Annual run rate from 3rd Q. $55,857,444 $3,385,516

Now if you take $3,385,516 annualized pretax earnings and subtract $1,184,930 taxes(35%) you get $2,205,585 after tax earnings. Take $2,205,585 times a 15 P.E. and you get a $33,008,781 market cap. Divide that by 2.5 billion common outstanding and you get a value of .0132 per share value for the common.

BUT BUT BUT.. If you deduct the value of the PFD III
$103,000,000 PFD III Value
33,000,000 Value of Common (Market Cap)
-----------
$-70,000,000 (Mkt.Value to common share)

If you can believe the company numbers and they are sustainable and you can reverse the pfd. III transaction the common stock is worth about $.01. ($33 mil.market cap divided by 3.1 billion shares outstanding = about $.01)

SORRY ABOUT THE COLUMN SPACING I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO CORRECT

Revenues are irrelevant if you can't pay the light bill at the end of the month. Quick, sell progas.

RE:Is my math all wrong here?

Well I don't know about the math.

First you seem to be confusing their profit figure with earnings. It seems they are leaving a lot off the table in presenting these numbers. { I'll leave the debate alone, frankly they didn't present enough for anybody to argue the point anyway} Forget the use of P/E at this point. Also the div/payment need to be made. Have you factored that? Also notice their foot notes. Also the clock is running on the ser II, with the ser III it's different, they can cash those at any time. They have 400k in cash and are pegged on the A/S. Sure will be interesting on how they are going to buy the support they mentioned. We could go on and on and break down what we have but, I have some major doubts on the blue sky they did release. Pbls and clarity can not be used in the same sentence. Then there is the issue of the lawsuits.

But on the overall and to your point, I don't think there is any profit, other than their selective numbers they cared to present. IMO
