Well I don't know about the math.
First you seem to be confusing their profit figure with earnings. It seems they are leaving a lot off the table in presenting these numbers. { I'll leave the debate alone, frankly they didn't present enough for anybody to argue the point anyway} Forget the use of P/E at this point. Also the div/payment need to be made. Have you factored that? Also notice their foot notes. Also the clock is running on the ser II, with the ser III it's different, they can cash those at any time. They have 400k in cash and are pegged on the A/S. Sure will be interesting on how they are going to buy the support they mentioned. We could go on and on and break down what we have but, I have some major doubts on the blue sky they did release. Pbls and clarity can not be used in the same sentence. Then there is the issue of the lawsuits.
But on the overall and to your point, I don't think there is any profit, other than their selective numbers they cared to present. IMO
