We americans are not unstoppable, and its because of the future generations. Males 18-24 contribute hardly anything to the economy. We have more highschool drop ups then anything. We are not taking education seriousely anymore, but how can we, when the average cost of a degree is 50,000-100,000$ and your stuck with a bill after college to start you on the right path to being a good citizen.
I will be on the other side of the transaction. I will lend you a 500,000$ at 6% interest on a mortgage and go to a 5000$ restaurant - heck ill even tip the guy 5000$ on you because in reality a 750,000$ motgage at 30 years you will pay 3.2 million dollars. and I know what im talking about I got my real estate lincense when I was 18 and I will be a real estate broker next year. My generations spends 6 hours on a day on a myspace and a facebook, youtube looking at pretty faces and. Not educating themeselves
Dont work hard, work smart.... use money to make money...its always in demand...you don't even have to sell it....they come to you. paying 250,000$ for borrowing 100,000 and calling it 6% interest is theivery, but this is the USA. GM isnt a car company there a lending corporation they just sell cars for they have something to lend you money on. And every onther person in this world has a car note on a car that doesnt even worth the note for they look good. And thats what you call life and hard work...I rather DIE
