Fantastic news. Regardless of the price, I believe this is a bullish signal for company and stock moving forward. Even if the stock trends lower near term, the financing will provide for fast growth via new locations...which will be the true driver for the stock. Also, financing makes the company solvent and more attractive to potential investors.
