After he made that comment this past weekend about some of us complaining about getting pennies on the dollar as if it hadn't happened to IDCC in the past and a prior post of his coming back to haunt him, I guess he is a little gun shy to post his predictions that can bite him in the arse. In the end it doesn't matter what he thinks or any of us think since we only have to wait about 14 more hours to find out what the company thinks.
