I never thought to order the paper copies of the filing until now, which I will. I bet Ed Hayter's name is on that filing. As soon as I get it, I will scan it and post it here.

looks like the registration of F/S shares in July to me.
All talking about definitions of rule 504-D with "max of 1 Billion" shares have nothing to do with this particular filing (unless I'll see the re"liable" update).

1 billion!! LOL! all time high volume at $.0015 is 11 MILLION shares.

Efforts to dissuade investors has stepped up. I wonder why? Stock can't get much lower than this and 24 million shares in the float! HMMM.
