I guess you haven't researched the most recent SEC filing for PRSU that entitles them to dump 1 BILLION brand new unregistered shares.

You can look it up at ww.seg.gov and if that isn't enough proof, I don't know what is.

Go ahead and buy it up if you like, the efforts to promote the company have been stepped up, they need the interest to start blowing out these shares.
