A judgment might be a certainty, then you and your lawyer can fight three or four other creditors for the scraps of assets with all the incumbent costs of forclosing on property in about five jurisdictions and in a poor market for selling those properties in forclosures. OR, all creditors can take my offer and fair much better.

His passport(s) numbers are being tracked and I know banking records will be/ or have been? checked... and aliases too...
just a matter of time... his criminal record is about to catch up to him.... I don't think he'll have much time for CBAY stuff... but he should turn it all in to help.....himself...
