He doesn't have to. He can retire those shares or he can pay off the debts for the company (the offer I spoke of) in consideration from the company, say for 2 million dollars for example. He becomes a creditor of the company, the only one now, for a million or so. He makes even more. In addition he can offer to secure the whole thing with his other property as security. He would of course have to see that CBAY shares increase in value, which as owner of CBAY and CEO, he could easily do with this arrangement.
