My guess is the initial reaction will be positive. But then as investors have an opportunity to go through the financials reality will set in.
As examples...
If they see there has not been one nickel of residual money from MagicMoney etc... it will look horrible.
If they see there has been absolutely no profit from NMC, when they projected there would be... it will look horrible.
If they see, the value of assets has been restated significantly lower than what the company told us they were worth... it will look horrible.
If we find out that the StrateVoIP Division, did not reach positive monthly EBITDA and double net profits every 60 days throughout the remainder of 2006... it will look horrible.
If we find out GlobeTel did not become EBITDA positive, as was the goal in the press release they issued... it will look horrible.
If we find out that while the company has "not" been paying vendors or making significant investment in projects, they were still making obscene payments to insiders... it will look horrible.
etc... etc... etc... etc... etc...
It's really an interesting situation if horrible news can actually delay what may be the inevitable.
Should be a lot of fun going through the financials...
