I assume you are talking about the tax payments on the NV properties. There is no proof they were paid by CBAY, and it doesn't even matter. What matters is not the tax payments, but the mortgage payments. A mortgage company is not going to lose their collateral because of a few hundred or a thousand dollars tax delinquency.
