Is ATT selling any MOT or SNE 3G products?

IMO:When the Consolidation issue is resolved in favor of IDCC..the next milestone would be whether IDCC takes similar ITC action against Motorola and /or S/E..No action on the part of IDCC would trigger a catalyst for Samsung & Nokia..

The Motorazr V3XX is a 3G phone that ATT is selling.

The second question is, " Are they being manufactured by an ODM?".
