Rich..You are right on the button..Dr. Hu is turning the ship around..The IT business is finally out the door..and Hrct can now say to the government, that they are a 100% vocational education company..With Hartcourt Princely and Yucai waiting in the wings and Hrct just about to conclude the deal of all deals with ZDSG, there will be much to see in the near future..IMO..
Why has this moved so slowly?..I have a feeling that the sale of HuaQing put a halt to the finalizations of these deals ..At the meeting it was stressed that Hrct needed to prove it was sincerely going to be an active participant in the education field and not an investor..So they needed to dump all IT involvement..and now that they have, things should begin to roll..Imo..
So some may see Hrct as negative..When I see it as the best opportunity for success this company has had in years..Dr. Hu will turn Hrct around...and things should be happening soon..IMO..The ZDSG deal will change things in a big way..JMHO
