I would like to compare one of your statements which even you characterized as hearsay, to what the company said the SEC said in one of their official SEC filings, the 8K.

You said...

Dohan is spending all their time on little GTEM, and they agree with our internal audit, then we should see that 2004 financial as an 8k any day.
If not..then longer...and of course all the rest of the financials fall as 8k's as a trail rather rapidly.
The SEC is fully aware of and understands all of this and the company is in contact with them on a daily basis.

This sounds like the SEC is satisfied with the level of cooperation from the company, yet we know the SEC said...

"The staff is also considering recommending that the SEC authorize and institute proceedings to revoke the registration of Company's securities..."

Do you really think it is normal for the SEC to threaten the "DEATH PENALTY" to a company that they are satisfied is giving them the level of communication, cooperation(whatever you want to call it), they want?

This seems strang to me, and I think demonstrates that your "hearsay" is different from the official record.
