jfburk, your game of symantics is just as funny as when President Clinton tried explaing all the different meanings for the word "is".

When the SEC says...

"The staff is also considering recommending that the SEC authorize and institute proceedings to revoke the registration of Company's securities..."

They are "NOT", I repeat "NOT" referring to only the shares held by some employees who may have broken the law...

THEY ARE REFERRING TO "EVERY" SHARE OF STOCK EVER ISSUED, THAT IS STILL HELD BY "ANYONE" THAT SAYS GLOBETEL ON IT!!!!! They are talking about killing the "COMPANY"!

If there is one shareholder that does not understand this it is unfortunate, they still do not understand all the risks here.

Companies are held responsible for the actions of their employees. This is a "fact" that is "PROVEN" in court rooms every week in this country! I know, I've been an owner of a "company" for over 30 years, and the "company" has carried insurance for 30 years, to protect the "company" from liability.

But I never get tired of all the twists, deception and even word games played to try and defend this company and mislead others. The efforts are still amusing.
