Again, hope you and Jim are right. At the very least, it is an evolving area.
I read the statute more conservatively, don't see that the statute covers "traders" as you suggest, but I go away from this "discussion" with a renewed hope that paid bashers will be required to fully disclose, and irrespective of whether they are paid directly or indirectly.
So, given that, would a hedge fund employee have to disclose his association and compensation when posting to a message board?
