OSTK is in the spotlight of the NSS story. My point is. Shorting Hedge funds don't just throw darts at a wall and say. Gee, let's go short this company out of business for fun. They always have a reason to short, most of time it is because they have cover already in place.

I don't think OSTK is a scam at all. It's a struggling company that don't seem to know how to turn a profit while doing millions in sales.

One scam, if it is a scam as you may be claiming, does not justify another. Many of the Elgindy defenders use the argument that he was just outing scams. Fortunately, the court saw otherwise.

The Elgindy case is also off topic, if you will. It had nothing whatsoever to do with "bashing".
