Sorry - your post really is off topic. This board is not about OSTK. I'm not a defender of OSTK and don't know a lot about it. I do like the fact that the CEO has brought attention to the issue and has written compellingly about the issue of naked shorting and fails to deliver.

I'm also looking forward to any discovery that may be revealed in the matter and that was the point of my raising that topic.

One scam, if it is a scam as you may be claiming, does not justify another. Many of the Elgindy defenders use the argument that he was just outing scams. Fortunately, the court saw otherwise.
