for P and Rog to just turn in any shares they may have to the company.... with a note saying "we are sorry for screwing so many and would like to stop looking over our shoulders now"...

One thing I noticed, as it appeared to me, that pawson would use Cal-bay to acquire other companies he owned, or had some position in. It seemed he would buy those companies out to put money in his pocket. My guess they were worthless... knowing roger. Cobs, from what I can tell, is no longer a functioning company.

Is this the same impression/DD you've seen?
