Shinoki, you seem to be quite the good sleuth and maybe the most open-minded one here. Are you a P.I. perhaps? You have turned up things in just a short time that many others still haven't considered. Convertable notes? That just means there are more angry investors that want to get paid - not gonna happen IMO.
Yes, just because a person is terminated as CEO does not mean he cannot serve as a director. This is exactly what happened when roger "resigned" in April. It led people to assume that he was no longer running the company, when all the while he was still running the company as director. I think this was his first attempt to run CBAY from hiding. It didn't work so well then, because people were smart enough to figure it out after a few weeks. Did he wait a few months and try a new variation of this with new traders that did not know him?
Yes, roger is aware of his troubles and is hiding. If you doubt this, just try and find him. You can be sure that many creditors, investors, litigants who have been cheated by him would love to find him. I can't comment on whether or not the fed is after him. I hope they are. I do not believe pawson is no longer running this company - either personally or more likely by proxy.
Isn't it strange that neither Rizvi nor roger can be touched? Both file forms that are inconsistent, ambigious, have information cut and pasted from history. Both file notice of upcoming actions that are impossible and therefore later file retractions. Both seem to have very poor ability to conduct good DD (witness the $330k purchase of a shell with negative assets by one, and the purchasing of a worthless $15M note by the other). Both have a company with inoperable or outdated contact info. One has a company dying into a shell; the other has an empty shell of a newly-formed company. One has a website that disappeared; the other has a website that looks like it was built from a template in 10 minutes with links to nowhere and hasn't been updated ever. I could go on, but you get the idea. So far no one has been able to contact either of these CEOs.
Most of all I want roger to be gone and for a new CEO to take control of this company, bring real assets into it, and turn it around. Even I have a slim hope that this has happened or will happen, but I currently set those odds at about a 5% chance of being reality. Maybe you or someone can dig up real verification that will raise those odds.
