Ask yourself this question? If Rizvi wants a shell company, he can literlly buy a clean shell for about the amount of money he purchased cbay stocks with $330K? This way, he doesn't have to deal with the Pawson's crappy company. On the other hand, He chooses to deal with cbay is because he sees cbay has valuable assets to work with, and build the company with existing assets. Do you think that could be the possibility?

2. By what deal did you acquire your preferred B shares.
I'm trying to follow the path of greed for both pawson, and Rizvi. By doing so we should have a good idea where pawson is going and what Rizvi is after.
