That's why something is going to happen soon IMO. He could have gotten that 700 million shares at .0002 and saved $70,000. And saved even more by buying at .0001.

Time... I don't know the real situation of Cal-bay's assets, but the longer one waits the worse it gets.

Maybe in a way he was trying to go a little slower, but the form 4s provided to much public excitement. If you notice the first 3 purchases where 37mil, 100mil, and 60mil. If he kept it at that pace it would have taken the rest of the month to acquire what he has now.

IMO the 8ks were set up to provide liquidity via shorting, and to keep investors out by making it look like a scam. He didn't start his buying until after those 8ks.

It looks to me like he needed the 1.9bil to fix the share count, and he needed to do this prior to getting a new T/A. Maybe the form 4s where to establish some truth with the new T/A?

I don't know enough about legal things, but would imagine that he needs to get things done now to save those assets. If he waits to long wont they slip through his fingers?

I think the MM's caught wind of his buying and forced the pps upward. He bought when he did for a reason - to wrest the ownership away from Pawson. I don't think that Rizvi spent $330,000 just to use it as a tax write-off down the road. MHO - RTB
