DOS (from this very same fortunate board/lecturn), that there will be: no divies, no proxies in proper time for the meeting, no meeting, and no buyout. Therefore it is hard for me to get excited about yours and others current posts about soon-to-be-mailed proxies with share counts, the buyer's name and an annual report (including latest results of operations?) because I have it from those very same oracles that nothing like any of the above is going to ever actually happen.
However, if some of the above does happen, I am also re-assured by those same gifted soothsayers that all of it was/will be screwed up and consistant with the company's over-arching plan to screw us all one more time (for the road?). For example, any buy-out agreed-to by proxy-holders at the meeting will take forever to complete and tax the patience of even the most direct-decendant-to-job retail investor.
Could the source of all the recent gifts of claravoyance be in fact from malthus, not nostraedamus? LOL LOL LOL
