On the 25th, Slava said the "proxy" was still in Russia? What gives? How did Slava go from "finishing touches" to "still in Russia"?

More good news.

I just talked with the Aurus secretary in Canada. He is putting the finishing touches on the proxy right now and expects it do be done today. When I asked for the share count, he said, "can't you wait until tomorrow?" So I asked if the share count would be in the proxy, and he "yes, I believe it will be"

Looking good folks, looking very good. We should know, share count, name of buyer and have an annual statement by Friday!
