Sounds like your hoping this is case, when really you have nothing to back it up. On one hand you say it a P&D, and on the other, you can't understand why no pump. As for selling above .0004, you know darn well he could have sold only a fraction of his 1.9B for a profit. I don't know WTF is going on, but #3 is the least likely IMO.
