Dream, they might not have or find a need to audit any of the other assets/sights. Krong is probably the major site, and that alone should be enough for whatever purpose they have. Just think, if they came back with the report and proves Krong is all its built up to be and worth all the millions or billions, then who really cares about getting the other sights verified. I would certainly believe them at that point that the other sights are real if they do the job with Krong and prove that existance.

What does the action taken at this time tell shareholders ???
An appraisal is not only suspect But very suspicious, why months after a sale announced do they need an appraisal of assets on and in the ground and now they want you to pay for it. Now I assume they want us to get the financing so they can steal our stock. Next they will want us to pay for a drilling program to prove the underground assets!

Two reasons for another estimate now. 1. Prices or values of metals have changed since the last. 2. Buyout is the reason for the meeting and proxy. The buyout was accepted by management, but not voted on by the investors.

With the newest extimate it will confirm the company's worth and future earnings. It may also determine if the .55 cents is a fare price and could change the way many will vote if the estimate is much higher than expected.
