wzebra33, My guestimate is this: There will be no buy-out of Aurus Corp. at any price. This will be justified by management presenting the latest geological monitary value of their holdings, that will far exceed the $0.55 buy-out offer. So holders of this stock will not see profits for many more months or years, at the earliest. My plans to attend the annual meeting are looking more and more like a waste of time. - Misterbull
