Many posters on here dismiss the 41 million o/s share count as an error. As soon as I saw his initial press release that cbay shares were to be canceled and that lenox was going to get to trade under cbay ticket via an asset purchase agreement (as oppossed to a reverse merger) I knew this was impossible and that he did not know what he was doing and that he had attempted to skirt nevada law. So I don't think he has any credibility and has the same character flaws as Pawson.
