Right, it's plainly stated right on those pages. lets dodis didn't give his "lawyer friends" enough information. Yes there was a dismissal for the case on 9/11, but it was for the defendant Robinson Property Management LLC. The court probably decided that they are not involved with CBAY's scamming and so they were dismissed from the case. Guess we'll see what happens, good things may come in the future but this dismissal is totally irrelevant.
