As I've said at least a few hundred times, I allow a certain amount of breathing room on the premium/private boards [whatever you want to call them].
So, I've added another feature. I want to see how it works.
It's that simple.
Like I said, it's gunning initially at the politics boards. I don't want to see those things on my screen, I don't want to ban people from them, I don't want to know they exist. If it the ban thing is used properly it will alleviate a lot of that and it *should* make the boards cleaner.
Again, all in theory. I've heard enough guessing, time to try it out.

To answer this specifically -- "whatever they want." It's their board. Let them create or destroy it. Yes, I know, this bugs you. It works well, in my mind.
