Mr. Zeev,

(I use "Mr." out of respect for your post)

A very strong stance ... and one with which I agree.

I lost my father to cancer after a long chemo battle. My own education in this area corroborates your statement.

BUSH is going to visit NJ, a battle ground state, with Tommy Thompson real soon to chat with regular folk with cancer before the election.

Also, he can work the crane at IMCL site in Branchburg with the teamsters while he shovels dirt on Martha.

zeev as ive said i followed the erbitux devel. (not the companies innards) and its never really shown any real benefit. I was surprised when the hoopla began and still am. Frankly, since everyone was betting on approval, i held out "hope" it didnt get it, and when the tank happeend today that was the logical assumtion. wrong..
This "new friendlier" FDA is doing a disservice aproving stuff that is useless or only marginally beneficial.
Im afraid also whats driving fda decisions.
Another one to watch is gentas genasense..ive seen nothing to show its anything better than placebo, yet genta keeps spinning the story and touting subgroups that show some trivial response rate....hell my dndn's provenge is vastly superior to both erbitux and genasense; (different disease though) its showing 7 month surivival benefit without cooking the data. (7 months still anint great, but its something)
of course if im long dndn when its approval time i hope the fda is friendly!)
