WICK I PMed a couple of LAWYER friends to check on this cort situation and here's what I got.
MY QUESTION IS ON THE BOTTOM AND HIS ANSWER IS AT THE TOP OH AND BY THE WAY THIS IS ONE BAD AZZZ LAWYER. . . HE GETS $$500.00 PER HR. FOR HIS SERVICES SO I THINK HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT . . .

Well the defendant in this case is CAl BAY... So if they were dismissed then thats great means only pawson is left in that one....
this is how it read looks as though the case was dismissed to me.... it does not say a defendant or plaintiff was dsmissed just judgement dismissed.....
