Thats a good point... dont understand why they list the defendant as cal-bay then under it, put that dismissed though... but yeah i do see 2 defendants as inactive.....

If Cal Bay doesn't pay mortgages or notes, how do you think he will pay a judgement, or should I say why would he pay a judgement.
