yeah thats what im saying.. look at the plaintiff and defendants seems to me as though cal-bay was dismissed.. Pawson and Mercer and several other have not been dismissed.. unless im not reading the damn thing right it says CAl-BAY defendant dismissed... lol But u see it too dont u .. lol so im not crazy and i can read.. lolol ..... here is that link again for everyone.....
