No i did but look at the link posted... the defendant named on that page is cal-bay not anyone else, seems to me by reading that page cal-bay was dismissed that all im saying and throughout the case cal-bay is named as the primary defendant.....
But there are other defandants too Roger Pawson, Andrew Mercer and other.. But seems to me that CAl-BAY was dismissed.....
